We are seeking an enterpriser to help us innovate, streamline and deliver services to our customers. as a member of the PERSEC Team you will process and mange clearances, review, create and implement process improvement and provide support to all levels of APL and its Sponsors to ensure mission success.
As a Personnel Security Specialist...
- Your primary responsibility will be initiating, reviewing and submitting clearance request.
- You will ensure accurate, timely submissions of all required documents.
- You will manage internal and external databases to ensure data integrity.
- You will work in a team environment to determine best practices and procedures.
Qualifications
You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...
- Possess a High School diploma/GED.
- Are skilled in database usage/management.
- Hold an active Secret security clearance and can ultimately obtain a Top Secret level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

- Have previous personnel security experience and/or demonstrate an ability to manage projects.
